Update on Hamilton book

The manuscript for Steam Echoes of Hamilton has been completed, aside from the introduction. I am in the process of cropping and sharpening pictures for publication, writing captions, doing the appendix, and a number of other such tasks.

I had a conversation with the printer this morning, and we've arranged to have the book on the presses before (Canadian) Thanksgiving. We're aiming to have the finished books in our hands by no later than early November.
